Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use Roaster Earn:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from Roaster Earn for violations of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

1. Single Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Roaster Earn account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or account farming are strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
3. Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
4. Account Security: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. User Conduct & Obligations

As a condition of using the Services, you agree that you will not:

• Engage in any form of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of tasks or reward systems.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, automation tools, or any other means to complete tasks or inflate earnings.
• Access the Services through a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking service to obscure your true location.
• Misrepresent your identity or location in connection with any task or transaction.
• Attempt to circumvent geographic or demographic restrictions on tasks or offers.
• Transfer, sell, or gift your account or any part of your earnings to another person.
• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Tasks, Points & Rewards

Roaster Earn provides “get-paid-to” opportunities (“Tasks”) for which you earn points or credits redeemable for cash, gift cards, or other rewards.

• Completion Requirements: You must follow all task instructions precisely. We reserve the right to verify completion via tracking pixels, screenshots, or other methods.
• Accrual & Redemption: Points accrue only after verification..
• Forfeiture: Points from any Task found to be completed fraudulently will be forfeited, and your account may be suspended or terminated.

5. Referral Program

We may offer referral bonuses for inviting new users. By participating:

• You certify that referrals are genuine new users, not duplicate or self-created accounts.
• Any referral discovered to be fraudulent will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

6. Payment Terms

• Payout Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, digital wallets, or gift cards (subject to availability).
• Processing Time: Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 60 days..
• Fees & Conversions: Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges are your responsibility.
• Withholding: We may delay or deny payment if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software on Roaster Earn (including text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our data practices described therein.

9. Disclaimers

AS IS: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

NO EARNINGS GUARANTEE: We do not guarantee any level of earnings or that any specific Task will remain available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roaster Earn and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roaster Earn and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
• Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease, and any unredeemed points or balances may be forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
